11A. Role of Aigade (Controller and Processor)

For call recordings, transcripts, and related communications data generated through a customer account, the customer (for example, the franchise owner or operator) is the data controller or business, and Aigade acts as a service provider and processor on the customer's behalf. If you are an employee or contact of an Aigade customer and have questions about, or wish to access or delete, recordings of your calls, please direct your request to that customer. Aigade will reasonably assist customers in responding to such requests.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to access or correct it, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Mobile opt-in and text-messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing. We do not create voiceprints and do not use call recordings for biometric identification. To make a request, email [email protected]; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
